The way we physically train in modern gyms - as interesting and varied as the programming may be - is still a little restrictive…  

You have 33 joints in each foot, and the muscle groups of the feet make up 25% of the body’s total number of muscles.

You know what they’re for?

Getting you safely from A to B over varied terrain…

Sure, we could go in depth on gait patterns, ankle stabilization, nerve conduction, whole body balance, cardiovascular circulation, etc, but the gist is this… You are built to walk across varied terrain, and you're supposed to enjoy all the benefits this confers...  
Now look at your gym floor.

And your office floor, the car park, your living room, stairs, etc…

All pretty flat, right?

You’re only as strong as your weakest link, and strengthening and restoring range of motion to your feet and ankles - your very foundation - may just be the keys to that epic athletic breakthrough you’ve been waiting for…

Go for a “hilly” hike once a week, take your shoes off around the house, and use the Bob…
