After a few drop ins and a little reflection, I’m left with the awkward task of dishing out praise…
Recently I wrote:
“When it comes to providing feedback, I have a tendency to focus on the negative… And I appreciate that sometimes that just isn’t what people want to hear.
Here’s the problem: receiving praise without any real justification feels nice, but it won’t get you anywhere…”
It’s true… But here’s the real problem: I can only compare you to other Crossfit Blackbrook members…
In the Blackbrook bubble, I have completely overlooked just how well you are all doing - for that I apologise.
The standards have been set very high here, and for very good reasons - for that I will not apologise.
Keep doing what you’re doing.
And of course, anyone who comments is going straight on the naughty list...
