No Nonsense Sex Appeal... 

Everyone wants more sex appeal.

Unless you’re me, of course… Then all you want is to be left alone to read about accommodating resistance... But other than that, everyone wants more sex appeal, and everyone knows just where to get it: Google.

Sex appeal typically means less body fat and more muscle in the right places, regardless of gender, so let’s start with “how to lose body fat”

This yields “about 3,530,000 results” in 0.56 seconds.

How about "lose weight"?

About 104,000,000 results in 0.77 seconds...

Yeah, f*** going through that.

How about “more muscle”?

Apparently another riddle that’s plaguing mankind, with “about 379,000,000 results” in 0.73 seconds... 

Close to 500 million pages... The information is out there...

For people who don't have that kind of time or tolerance to sift through it all; for people who just want to get s*** done without being inundated with crap, here's a summary.


How To Lose Body Fat:

- Eat more vegetables
- Eat less unhealthy fat
- Eat more omega 3’s
- Burn more calories with exercise

This does work.

[It’s not the fastest weight loss option by any means, and I can pick a few holes in it, but it does work up to a point.]

More Muscle:

- Lift heavy weights
- Increase calories

This also works.

Simplifying stuff works.

500 million pages detailing how many grams of carbs you need, what tempo for squatting, and why you need medium chain triglycerides... All summed up in 6 simple points that will get you 90% of the results you seek without paralyzing you with information.  
I can simplify further: your form follows your function.

If your function involves mainly sitting down and eating lots of cheesecake, then that’s what your form will look like. 


If your function involves following a program comprised of heavy compound movements mixed with short, heavy, powerful metabolic conditioning workouts, then your form is going to look f***ing phenomenal.
