When Apple brings something new out, 9 times out of 10 it seems to be a better version of its predecessor.
A refinement.
When a new product is released into the fitness industry, it’s almost always a pile of crap…
It’s brand new, the freshest, the most innovative… All ways of saying that it is unproven.
I’ll give you two choices here: - On one hand we have something that has proved itself very effective for centuries - And on the other we have something so far unproven...
Which would you pick?
- You can have barbells, bodyweight exercise, strongman and kettlebells - all proven very effective for health and fitness for hundreds of years…
- Or you can have the Matrix Fitness Commercial C3x Climbmill [where it costs 7 grand just to climb some f***ing stairs], a shake weight [where you practice giving out handjobs], and some sort of Bowflex thing [where you… I don’t know…].
Take your pick…
At this stage, it’s incredibly unlikely that anyone will invent something superior to the tools that have stood the test of time. The best anyone can do is simply refine their use through better coaching and better programming.
- Do you want superior results? - Or do you want novelty?
